HOW CAN I HELP?
I have over twenty years experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I am passionate about health and fitness and want to share that passion by educating others. I am an experienced fitness professional and want to mentor others and ensure a strong legacy for our industry. I am part of the national team of PRO TRAINERS for Canfitpro and provide quality fitness and wellness education. I teach the Fascia, Movement and Assessments course in the Sault Ste Marie area. The fitness industry is talking about fascia! As a Level 2 Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, I incorporate my knowledge to analyze and incorporate assessment results that facilitate a postural corrective program. I address specific conditions to establish a suitable training foundation. I can take your body to a new fresh level to make a difference. I am a PROTRAINER for teaching Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach in the Sault Ste. Marie area to personal trainers. I also teach the Personal Trainer Specialist course in the Greater Sudbury region.
With a vast knowledge relating to functional assessment and program design, along with nutrition guidance, you have a personal trainer with many skills added to her tool box to help you achieve your goals!
A PROGRAM TAILORED TO SUIT YOU
Everybody is different, and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. This could be anything from having an old injury that requires special exercises to having a phobia that may impact on where or how you workout. For example, if you have an old knee injury that required surgery, but since then you haven’t done anything to rebuild the muscles or improve mobility, then you are going to need different exercises and goals than an athlete who is training to run a marathon. This is where my personal training experience can make a huge difference to your training program.
